6. Who we may share information with

JR Hospitality does not trade in or sell its clients' personal data.

Certain information may be disclosed, only where necessary, to:

Technology and web hosting providers.

Professionals providing administrative, legal, financial or technical services to JR Hospitality.

Transport companies, drivers or mobility services.

Hotels, restaurants, venues, experience providers or other partners, where the client has requested the corresponding arrangement.

Professionals responsible for the maintenance, assistance or provision of services relating to a property, where necessary and authorised within the service engaged.

Public administrations, authorities or bodies where there is a legal obligation.

In each case we will seek to limit the information disclosed to that strictly necessary to provide the service concerned.

7. International data transfers

Some technology providers or services used by JR Hospitality may involve the processing of data outside the Principality of Andorra.

Where there is an international transfer of data, JR Hospitality will apply the safeguards and mechanisms required by the applicable regulations in order to ensure an adequate level of protection.

8. Retention of information

Personal data will be kept for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected.

Where there is a contractual relationship, data may be kept while that relationship remains in force and thereafter for the periods necessary to address legal, tax, contractual or administrative liabilities.

Data arising from commercial enquiries may be kept for a reasonable period in order to follow them up, unless the data subject requests its erasure sooner where the law so provides.

The photographs accompanying service reports are kept for one year from the visit at which they were taken, and are then deleted automatically. The written report, by contrast, is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and for the legal periods that follow.

9. Security and confidentiality

Privacy is an essential element of the JR Hospitality service model.

We apply organisational and technical measures designed to preserve the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information and to prevent unauthorised access, alteration, loss or disclosure.

Access to each client's information is limited to those people who need to know it in order to provide or manage the service concerned.

10. Private area

Certain clients may be given access to a personalised private area.

This area may contain Home Reports, photographs, messages, information about incidents and documentation relating to the service engaged.

Access is by means of personal credentials. Clients must keep their passwords safe and report immediately any possible unauthorised use.

People whose data is processed by JR Hospitality may exercise, where applicable, the rights recognised by the Andorran data protection regulations, including the rights of:

Access.

Rectification.

Erasure.

Objection.

Restriction of processing.

Likewise, where processing is based on consent, that consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

To exercise your rights you may write to privacitat@jrandorra.com, call or send a WhatsApp message to +376 631 471, or write to: Carrer Bonaventura Riberaygua, 39, 4t · AD500 Andorra la Vella, Andorra. You will receive a reply within the period laid down by law.

JR Hospitality may request the information needed to verify the identity of the person exercising the right.

12. Third-party data provided by the client

Where a client provides JR Hospitality with personal data belonging to other people — for example family members, companions, authorised persons, suppliers or contacts connected with a property — they declare that they have sufficient legal grounds to provide that data where such grounds are required.

JR Hospitality will use this information solely to manage the services requested.

13. Minors

JR Hospitality's services are aimed principally at adults.

We do not deliberately collect personal data of minors through the website, except where it is necessary within a service that has been engaged and has been legitimately provided by those responsible for them.

14. Commercial communications

Where appropriate, JR Hospitality may send information about services, news or proposals relating to its activity.

Recipients may at any time ask to stop receiving such communications, through the procedure indicated in each communication or by contacting JR Hospitality.

15. JR Private Office

When a client takes out JR Private Office, we may also process the data needed to provide personal assistance: their diary and availability, the personal tasks they entrust to us, their preferences, and data about family members, guests or other people connected with those tasks, for example to arrange an arrival, a booking or an event.

We use it solely to coordinate and provide the service requested, on the legal basis of performance of the contract. Third-party data is processed in accordance with section 12.

The record of tasks and hours spent is kept while the plan is in force and, afterwards, for the periods set out in section 8.

In the private area, the plan holder, and the people they authorise to see their invoicing, can view the plan, the hours and the details of each task.

16. Updates to this Policy

JR Hospitality may amend this Privacy Policy in order to adapt it to legal, technological or organisational changes, or changes relating to our services.

The version in force will always be the one published on this website.
